Etsy will email you with information about your download, please refer to this email. If you can’t find it in your inbox, please check your spam mailbox in case Etsy’s email went there.
You can also login to your Etsy account by going to Etsy’s website on your computer (not on the mobile app), then click on YOU, then click on PURCHASES and REVIEWS. You’ll find your order there with a download button next to it. You’ll then be lead to your download page. Simply follow the instructions I have for you there.
If you ordered an editable Corjl template…
If you purchased a CORJL template, your order is ready when you receive an email from Corjl with instructions to access your template. Please check your spam mailbox in case Corjl’s email to you went there.
You can also access your template by going to http://corjl.com/orders and enter your ORDER NUMBER (you can find this number in your Etsy email receipt and in your Etsy account’s Purchases page).
NOTE: It may sometimes take a few minutes for a Corjl order to be ready if Etsy or Corjl’s servers are experiencing extremely high volume of traffic. If you still don’t see your order on Corjl in 15 minutes, please contact me on Etsy.
