Corjl templates can only be edited on the Corjl website. If you purchased a Corjl template from my shop, your Etsy download will be a PDF file containing instructions on how you can access your template on the Corjl website.

Once you purchase your item, you will receive an email from CORJl to access your order.

When you’re done editing the template on the Corjl website, you can download by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button on the upper-right hand area of the screen.
You must be logged in to Corjl to access and edit your template. When you’re done editing, download the completed template by clicking on the DOWNLOAD button found on the upper-right hand of the screen.

Yes, the templates in my Etsy shop can be edited on Corjl using any browser or mobile device.

Once you finish editing the template, the next step is to download your completed work. You must be logged in on Corjl with your template up on your screen, then click on the DOWNLOAD button located in the upper right hand of the screen.
Download as a PDF (if you plan to print). Download as a JPG image for sharing digitally.
Your download will be then be sent to the downloads folder on your computer (or the location you have designated for your downloads to be saved in).
Open that file on your computer and then print.
You can also send your file to a local print shop for printing.
If you’ve downloaded separate PDF files, one of for each page of your newsletter, and you want to merge them into one multi-page PDF file, I recommend using any of these free online tools below:

Use one of these two websites and follow the prompts to upload and merge your pdf files.
Note that only PDF files that have the same dimension and orientation can be merged into one file.
While your template is open on the Corjl editor, highlight the text and an icon that looks like a paperclip will pop up.
Click on that icon to insert the URL and then click on OK.
When you’re done editing your template, download as PDF, making sure that the FLATTEN PDF option is unchecked (not selected).
Links will only work for templates downloaded as unflattened PDF files.
If you think the Corjl editing site isn’t working as it should, you can also try doing this:
Log out of Corjl, close your browser, and then log back in again.
Sometimes, there could be an increased amount of traffic on Etsy and Corjl during peak season, such as Christmastime. This could mean a lag in loading the template for some. If this happens, give it a few minutes and try accessing your template again.

If you’ve forgotten your password, no worries, simply reset your password.
To rest your password, click here to login.
Enter the email address you used for your CORJL account, then click on continue.
When you’re prompted to enter your password, click on the FORGOT PASSWORD link to reset your password.
Once you purchase your item you will receive an email from Corjl to access your orderIf you haven’t received the verification code in your email so that you can login, it could be that your email may be blocking Corjl’s email by accident.
To solve this:
Option 1: Please check your email settings to make sure Corjl’s email isn’t getting blocked.
Option 2: Send me a message through Etsy and I’ll contact Corjl for your verification code.
